Returns and Complaints

Returns

You may return products purchased from us within 14 days from the moment of receiving the package. To do this, you can log into your account and use the quick return option.

Choose products to return
You can return all or only selected products from the order list.

You have 14 days to complete the return.

Provide shipment details
Check your order information and fill in any missing details, such as shipping method, packaging type, and shipment date.

Pack and ship the package
Pack the return in the same or different packaging.
Drop it off at a Parcel Locker or shipping point. The products will be returned to the store.

The shipment date determines whether the 14-day return deadline is met. Returned goods must be complete and free of any signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to send it back at your expense.

We will issue the refund no later than 7 days after receiving the package. The method of the refund depends on the payment method chosen when placing the order. If the order was paid by instant transfer, the refund will be made the same way.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the value of the order minus the return shipping cost.

Complaints

If the product you purchased is defective, damaged, or inconsistent with the order, we will gladly help you resolve the issue. The complaint procedure is as follows:

- Contact us using one of the available methods – fill out the form or send an email to: slavdom.studio@gmail.com.
- Describe the issue in detail and attach all relevant information and documents, such as the order number, receipt, or invoice.
- We will respond to your submission as soon as possible and provide further instructions.

If the complaint is accepted, we will seek to resolve the issue in the most beneficial way for you. This may include product replacement, repair, refund, or another form of compensation.

Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint along with the complete product under complaint.
