Terms and Conditions

The online store SLAV SHOP, operating at www.slavdom-studio.com, is run by Paweł Klimczak SLAVDOM STUDIO, NIP 6151948616, REGON 525882410, ul. Strońska 13/2, 50-540 Wrocław, Poland.

Definitions:
- Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, granted legal capacity under special provisions, who places an Order in the Store.
- Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16, item 93, as amended).
- Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions of providing electronic services within the online store www.slavdom-studio.com.
- SLAV SHOP Online Store – the online service available at www.slavdom-studio.com, through which the Customer may place Orders.
- Goods – products presented in the Online Store.
- Sales Agreement – a contract of sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between SLAVDOM STUDIO and the Customer, via the Store’s website.
- Consumer Rights Act – the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended).
- Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent directly aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of Goods.

General Provisions:
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store available at www.slavdom-studio.com. The store is run by SLAVDOM STUDIO, ul. Strońska 13/2, 50-540 Wrocław, Poland.

Specifically, these Terms and Conditions define:
a) the rules of registration and use of the account in the online store;
b) the terms and conditions for making electronic reservations of products available in the online store;
c) the terms and conditions for placing Orders electronically in the online store;
d) the rules for concluding Sales Agreements using services provided by the Online Store.

Use of the Online Store:
Purchasing a product does not require registration. Information presented on the Store’s website, including product descriptions, technical parameters, usability, and prices, constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.

Orders are placed using the form available on the Store’s website.

Each Customer registering and/or placing an Order consents to receiving emails about the transaction process and notifications about changes to these Terms and Conditions.

For security of communication and data transmission, the Store applies technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of risk, in particular, preventing unauthorized persons from acquiring and modifying personal data sent via the Internet.

Procedure for Concluding a Sales Agreement:
To perform any activity in the Store, the Customer must have an active Internet connection, use a web browser (including on mobile devices), and have an active email account.

To conclude a Sales Agreement, visit www.slavdom-studio.com, make a selection, and perform the subsequent technical steps based on on-screen instructions. Products and services are available for purchase 24/7.

Goods are selected by adding them to the cart. During the ordering process, until clicking “Place Order,” the Customer can modify order details. To finalize the order, the Customer must provide all necessary details (full name, delivery address, email, phone number, NIP for invoices). After providing the necessary details, an order summary will be displayed. Sending the Order requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

By placing the Order, the Customer declares intent to conclude a Sales Agreement with SLAVDOM STUDIO. After placing and paying for the Order, the Customer receives an email titled “Order Confirmation.” The Agreement is considered concluded at that moment.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled by law to withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days without providing any reason. A declaration of withdrawal must be submitted in writing or by email to slavdom.studio@gmail.com. Returned goods must be sent to: SLAVDOM STUDIO, ul. Strońska 13/2, 50-540 Wrocław, Poland.

In case of withdrawal, the agreement is considered null and void. Goods must be returned immediately, no later than within 14 days. The Store refunds all payments including delivery costs (excluding additional costs of non-standard delivery methods chosen by the Customer). Refunds are made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Complaints and Warranty

If a purchased product is inconsistent with the agreement or has physical defects, the Customer has the right to file a complaint based on:
a) the Act of July 27, 2002 on specific conditions of consumer sales, if the product is inconsistent with the agreement,
b) the Civil Code regulations regarding warranty for defects.

Complaints should be sent to slavdom.studio@gmail.com. Complaints are processed within 14 days. If accepted, the Customer may demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract. The Store may refuse if repair or replacement is possible and timely. Shipping costs for justified complaints are refunded.

Final Provisions

All content of the Store is legally protected. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of the law. In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
